Rev. Kimberley Bailey Neff President

Kimberley is an Alabama native. Growing up in church, one would think she always did things God’s way, but truly she didn’t submit her will to His until 1990. This submission led her to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, where she graduated RHEMA Bible College in 1995.

Kimberley married J.C. Neff on July 22, 2022 and they are the Sr. Pastor’s of Faith Outreach Church in Terre Haute, IN. She was a member of Cornerstone Word of Life Church, in Madison, Alabama for 26 years and is a 2017 graduate of CWOL School of Ministry and has an Associates in Biblical Studies. She is on the committee for the CWOL Ladies Ministry (Daughters of the Most High) as well as the School Administrator for the CWOL School of Ministry. Kimberley is a Licensed Minister through Cornerstone Word of Life Church.

Kimberley comes from a long line of veterans. Of that line, her father is a Vietnam veteran, one brother is an EOD Marine veteran, one brother is an ARMY veteran and a brother in law an EOD Air Force veteran. Kimberley worked on the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Contract at Redstone Arsenal 2008-2012 on the OMEMS contract.

It was during her time at Redstone that she started to see the true effects of military life and how it affected those around her through what they dealt with physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It was in 2019 she followed her heart by helping establish a group called Huntsville EOD Meetups. They hosted it’s first fundraiser in 2020 to raise awareness about PTSD and suicide rates within the EOD family. This gave her an even clearer picture of her calling to her nation’s heroes. The realization that the the ones who gave her freedom needed to have help to live free themselves.

Kimberley’s heart is to share the love of Jesus by preaching that He provided more than just a way to go to heaven, but a life, here on earth of safety, soundness of mind, healing, prosperity, protection. A life full of God’s goodness. A life full of peace and freedom all by the power of the Word and the Holy Spirit.

Kimberley has a daughter, Katie, son-in-law Jason and 2 grandchildren, Callan and Carrigan. She also has 2 sons, Noah and Zack.

Rafael Miranda Vice President

Born in Puerto Rico, raised in Bronx, NY, Rafael is a husband to Aixa (Gina) V. Miranda and father to his two sons and two daughters. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Information Technology Management from American Military University. Rafael spends the majority of his time away from work with his wife Gina involved in various ministries. They have been involved in a homeless ministry for three years. He is currently part of the worship team at Cornerstone Word of Life Church where he and Gina are members. The two of them are currently in their first year of Bible Institute at CWOL and use what they are taught there to help strengthen the Body of Christ and win souls for Christ.

Motivated by the September 11th attacks which occurred extremely close to Where Rafael was working, he decided to join the U.S. Army in September of 2005 at the age of 27. During his time in the military, Rafael deployed three times to the Middle East (two deployments to Iraq and one deployment to Afghanistan) and spent a year in Korea close to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). During his last deployment to Iraq in 2016, Rafael honorably retired from the Army with injuries and decided to continue serving the military by becoming a contractor (Systems Test Engineer) with an agency that provides the same Air Defense equipment he used while deployed.

Rafael decided to fully surrender his life to Christ months before his last deployment. His life took a complete turn and his hunger for the Lord continued to grow. While on his last deployment, Rafael held bible studies weekly in the absence of an onsite chaplain for the soldiers on site. This was something that God had shown him to do as God was calling him to ministry. Rafael provided that additional spiritual support needed in such a difficult time for soldiers and continues to strengthen the Body of Christ with a special focus of ministering to active military service members, veterans, and their families. “Our troops are being equipped to fight the physical battle but must be fed spiritually making them equipped to fight the daily spiritual battle. Our veterans have fought the physical battle and succeeded, there is no need for them to get defeated on the spiritual battlefield. They are never alone”.

Aixa (Gina) Miranda Secretary

Aixa (Gina) Miranda was born in Panama and lived there the first nineteen years of her life. She is a military spouse who is passionate about helping military communities. Her husband, Ret. CW2 Rafael Miranda served in the United States Army and together they have four children, two daughters and two sons.

Aixa has an Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. Aixa and her husband Rafael are currently in first year of CWOL Bible Institute.

Her work experience includes working at Womack Army Medical Center at Fort Bragg, NC and Blanchfield Army Community Hospital at Fort Campbell, KY. At WAMC she was able to provide high quality administrative care to service members and their families particularly those returning from deployments with life changing injuries. Her passion for helping military families stems from her years growing up in Panama surrounded by military personnel as her mother worked at different military bases during the United States Armed forces territorial occupation in Panama. This gave her the opportunity to interact with service members and their families on a regular basis.

Aixa was in Panama during “Just Cause” or “the invasion” as it is commonly referred to by locals. These were unprecedented times for that entire nation, but for those like Aixa and her family who lived in the jungles of Panama, having the troops around was a blessing and a sense of security.

Aixa and her family are members of Cornerstone Word of Life in Madison, AL. Together with her husband and other volunteers from various churches in the Huntsville area, they deliver meals, prayers, and share the Word of God at different homeless camps which have a large population of military veterans. Aixa host a quarterly ladies Bible study that focuses on who God created you to be from the inside out. It is her heart’s desire to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with military families because it was God who helped her overcome many obstacles that came along with living a military life. It was God’s protection that brought her husband back and surrounded him with the right group of soldiers “who had each other’s six”.
